Problem
Manual time tracking systems lead to inaccuracies, delays, and administrative burdens. Outdated methods lack real-time tracking, causing payroll errors and hindering productivity. Accessibility and integration challenges impede time management, especially with remote work. Compliance risks and a lack of robust analytics hinder strategic decision-making. An urgent need for a modern Employee Time Tracking Application is evident to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance in today's dynamic work environment.

Cumbersome forms were deterring users, necessitating the development of a more captivating onboarding process.

We've redesigned our layout with aesthetics and functionality in mind. The new visuals are not just pleasing to the eye but also guide you seamlessly through the product journey.
Time tracking & onboarding flow
A time tracking dashboard doesn't provide employees with a clear overview of how they allocate their working hours and the user find the existing onboarding flow hard and frustrating
Our Approach💡:
Brokedown and change the entire onboarding flow to make it easier for user to quickly complete the process and the time tracking process has been added with the earlier missing details

The dashboard and project page comprises of over populated data and lot of features which are irrelevent to the primary flow of the product

The dashboard was simplified and enhanced aesthetically to make it less complicated. The project page was organized and simplified in the process
Aim
To make the process of time tracking more intuitive and easier for the users. The visual screen must be revamped accordingly to increase the footfall and genuinity of the product.
Impact
As a result of the research, The main goals for the project was to make the onboarding process more easier, The visual hierarchy of the main flows should be streamlined and the website and application screens must be eye catching and user friendly to make the user want to use the product
The revamped onboarding process led to a notable boost in user engagement and satisfaction. Users were more motivated to complete it, finding the new storytelling features engaging. The redesign also improved intuitiveness and user-friendliness, facilitating smoother navigation.

The current time tracking process is not easily understandable by user and the process of managing multiple projects is a major pain. The user onboarding flow is frustrating and time consuming with unnecessary information being mandatory. These problems were addressed.
